Metro Exodus Redo
For my one of my final projects in my Audio Production and Sound Design class, we had to take a 4 to 6 minute narrative video (i.e. movie/video game trailers, short films) and redo all of the sound except for dialogue. This included replacing and arranging all of the music with tracks from royalty-free databases.
Another project from my Audio Production and Sound Design class was to work with a partner to take a narrative and turn it into a 4-5 minute audiobook. This required us to source voice actors and record their lines, in addition to choosing music and sound effects. My group took it a step further, composing, recording, and arranging an original piece for our project.
For my final project for my Audio Editing and Recording course, we took the trailer from the Netflix movie The Monkey King and redid the audio. Each of us picked characters and recorded their lines, and then we individually constructed the voice lines together. Additionally, we filled out the rest of the sound from various effect libraries, specifically focusing on drawing the viewer's attention.
